National Eyewear Day Part 2

Zyloware invites all eyecare professionals and eyewear enthusiasts to join us on Tuesday, June 6th 2017 in celebration of the 2nd Annual National Eyewear Day.

For anyone that requires prescription lenses to see, you know how much of an impact your glasses have on your daily life. Not only does eyewear help us see better, it makes us who we are! Over the years, eyewear has been transformed from a visual aid into a truly iconic fashion accessory. Eyewear can define, outline and punctuate a personality.  It can complete an outfit and compliment a person's facial shape and features. Eyewear has grown in popularity and has become a huge part of our lives, which is why Zyloware took the opportunity to create National Eyewear Day.

Every year on June 6th, Zyloware will be celebrating all things eyewear. We are toasting to frames in all shapes and sizes and rejoicing all things SPEC-TACULAR! The mission is simple: Be proud of your frames. Be proud of you.

How to participate: Celebrate National Eyewear Day with us by sharing a photo on social media of you in your favorite frame and let us know how they make you feel! Some examples: My frames make me feel… Beautiful. Sophisticated. Unique. Fun. Like a star! – We want to see your goofy selfies on Instagram and your big smiles on Facebook, so join Zyloware on June 6th for a day of frame pride and share the fun with friends and family!

HISTORY: National Eyewear Day was submitted by Zyloware Eyewear in 2015 and approved by the Registrar at National Day Calendar. The campaign was created with the purpose of celebrating the importance of proper eye care. Each year on June 6th (in honor of the birthday of Zyloware founder Joseph Shyer), Zyloware promotes  new tips, tools and philanthropic initiatives to bring awareness to the forefront. Zyloware Eyewear was founded in 1923 by Joseph Shyer.  Zyloware Eyewear has been family-owned and operated for 94 years and prides itself on quality, service and customer satisfaction.
